How to Make a Payment
We’ve made paying for your order with Artisan Market Nepal simple, secure, and flexible — wherever you are in the world.
1. No Obligation Until You’re Ready
When you place an order through our website or via email, it is treated as an inquiry — not a binding purchase. We will send you a Proforma Invoice that includes:
• A full price breakdown
• Shipping costs
• Estimated delivery schedule
Once you are satisfied and comfortable with the terms, you may proceed with payment.
2. Safe & Secure Online Payments
We accept major credit cards and PayPal payments through a USA-based secure payment gateway. Payments are held by the gateway for up to a week before being released, offering added buyer protection
This system ensures:
• Your card details are never shared with us since the USA based payment processing company do not reveal your credit card information.
• You have up to 180 days (6 months) to initiate a refund claim if your goods are not received.
Once confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link in your invoice. Just follow the link to pay via credit card or PayPal.
3. Bank Wire Transfers
For large or bulk orders, we recommend bank wire transfers.
This is a fast, reliable, and secure method — typically completed within 24-72 hours
We offer additional discounts for payments made via wire transfer. Bank details will be provided upon request.
