1. Product Pricing
1.1 Home Delivery Price
All prices listed on our website are FOB Kathmandu. You are to pay shipping up to your door and responsible for any applicable customs duty and taxes in your own country. Check your country for tax rate.
1.2 FOB Pricing for Wholesale/Bulk Orders
Since all prices are on FOB (Free on Board) we may give further discount on the basis of bulk order for particular products subject to minimum quantity requirement for any products to make. . Under FOB terms, shipping charges are paid by the buyer in addition to the product cost. Multiple shipping options are available based on your preference and location. Please refer to our Shipping page for approximate costs.
1.3 Price Changes
Product prices may change without prior notice. However, once a Pro-forma Invoice is issued and confirmed, the agreed price remains fixed as of the ordered date. If a pricing error occurs due to technical faults or misprints, we will notify you before processing the order.
1.4 Currency Options
While our default pricing is in US $, we also accept payments in Euros (€), Canadian Dollars (CAD $), Australian Dollars (AUD $) and other major currencies. Please contact us if you prefer to pay in a currency other than USD.
2. Pro-forma Invoice & Wholesale Payments
2.1 Order Inquiry
Submitting an order request via our website is treated as an inquiry only. You are under no obligation to purchase at this stage. Based on your inquiry, we will:
• Check stock availability and if not available production time
• Calculate shipping costs
• Estimate dispatch and delivery time
After the completion of above we will send you a Pro-forma Invoice with payment instructions. You may proceed with the payment by your desired method after agreeing on our pro-forma invoice. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, and for companies based in the USA, payment can be done through ACH or Payoneer.com.
If you wish to cancel the order, you may ignore our pro-forma invoice. Order is placed only after confirmation to the pro-forma invoice.
2.2 Payment Terms
• For orders with value under $1000, we typically request for 100% advance payment.
• For larger order quantity, we require 30–50% advance payment, with the remaining balance due two days before shipment.
Please note that, according to Nepalese export regulations, we cannot ship without receiving advance payment. For larger bulk orders, Letters of Credit (LCs) are also an alternative option, but advance payments are more convenient and protected—especially when paying by credit card, as disputes can be raised in case of failure of delivery of goods on said time.
3. Delivery Schedule
• In-stock or small orders: Typically dispatched within 5 to 12 business days.
• Larger or custom orders: May take up to 3–4 weeks.
• The expected delivery date will be clearly mentioned in the Pro-forma Invoice.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to public or government holidays in Nepal, but we always communicate such delays promptly.
4. Refund Policy
Goods returned are treated as imports in Nepal. Due to high international return costs and import/custom duties, we typically do not accept returns. Return shipping is often more expensive than the value of the product.
However, we thoroughly inspect all products before dispatching it for shipping to make sure it matches the order design and quantity. If the goods you receive are damaged or do not match your order, we will:
• Offer a replacement with newer ones,
• Arrange return to a nearby regional location (if available), or
• Provide a refund, based on the specific situation.
5. Custom Orders & Additional Export Services
We welcome order in large bulk quantities and offer price negotiations for them. We also provide custom design production allowing orders to be tailored as per your needs.

We accept direct ACH deposits from companies based in the USA, allowing you to pay conveniently via online check or e-payment.
